You will be responsible for selling the products, services and solutions of Cozy Life to customers, which could require you to:

• Carry out sales & marketing duties; including but not limited to cold calling and sales presentations
• Promote heating, air comfort, and water leisure solutions to clients
• Discover, bid, and follow up on tenders
• Develop and maintain good relationships with direct and indirect clients
• Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales plan
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in sales and/or related technical field service
• Customer service experience (Sales and/or Outbound calling experience a plus) with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening and relationship building
• Ability to maintain progress on multiple tasks, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Team player, critical thinker, self-motivated and proactive positive attitude
• Mature, self-motivated, proactive, well-organized, independent and willing to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English.

You will be responsible to handle projects from design stage to installation and commissioning with project handover, which could require you to:

• Coordinate with clients and relevant parties for project submissions and solving other project matters;
• Attend project meetings and inspection arrangement for the projects;
• Prepare and review project correspondences, e-mails and submissions and the relevant;
• Monitor and report the project progress and conditions to management level;
• Monitor the workmanship during the project installation;
• Response the engineering issues at site, follow up and reports;
• Provide technical advice on design, production process and quality assurance.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder in Mechanical / Building Services/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in project, candidates with less experience and Fresh Graduates will be considered to the position of Assistant Engineer;
• Hands on skills in AutoCAD, Building Information Modelling(BIM), Microsoft Project and the relevant;
• Mature, self-motivated, well-organized, independent and willing to work under pressure;
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English.

Support repair and maintenance for equipment of hot water systems:

• Responsible for carrying out RCA analysis on serious equipment failure, resolving the problem fundamentally and avoiding recurrence;
• Assist in monitoring the maintenance works progress, report the work orders status and tackling the technical problems;
• Assist in accomplishing work safety and code compliance in field operations;
• Prepare investigation reports to clients and monthly maintenance reports;
• Attend coordination meetings with clients to establish good relationship;
• Any other field / administrative activities as assigned by the company;
• Coordinate with all the relevant parties to ensure safety during the implementation of maintenance works.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in refrigeration or mechanical system;
• Hands on skills in AutoCAD and/or other CAD software;
• Proactive, self-motivated and discipline, well-organized, independent and willing to work under pressure;
• Team player with good interpersonal skill
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English.

You will be responsible to handle projects from design stage to installation and commissioning with project handover, which could require you to:

• Manage project costs as well as projects from concept development stage to handover stage
• Monitor project status; collect result; update project control
• Plan, manage and control all project engineering process for and meet safety standard
• Prepare milestones / documentary control
• Prepare, verify and update current project costing
• Ensure the works in conformity with contract requirement and specification
• Prepare temporary works design, method statement, check and review the subcontractors submissions
• Liaise and resolve site queries/problems issues amongst clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Attend regular site meetings, identify potential engineering problems with recommended solution
• Assist in development and implementation of quality plans in related to project matters
• Supervise and/or carry out inspection of works and material in according to quality plans, maintain and update the site work quality record, prepare internal and external audit properly
• Make inspection with resident consultant and sub-contractor.
• Prepare programme, reports, and sketches on technical matters
• Monitor site progresses and prepare site progress report

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Mechanical / Building Services / Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 6 years in Building Construction;
• Hands on skills in AutoCAD, Building Information Modelling (BIM), Microsoft Project and the relevant
• Good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience / academic qualification will be considered as Senior Project Engineer
• Mature, self-motivated, well-organized, independent and willing to work under pressure
